Nicholas was a lifesaver for our move. We booked him the day before we needed help unloading a truck from an intercity move. He was incredibly communicative and flexible in the hours leading up to the move which was helpful as we were coming from out of town. He expertly moved all of my heavy things up an exceedingly narrow staircase. The words ‘we can’t do that’ don’t seem to be in his vocabulary as when some items did not fit, he helped us find other resourceful solutions to get them in the house.
