Overall, this was a terrible experience. The two people that were sent over were incredibly incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. We had to tell them step by step what to do and they were incredibly ineffective while moving our things. They loaded our antique hutch upside down on the metal struck bed and dragged it. The top is completely scratched and dented and will require significant refinishing. In addition, they had no idea how to use a dolly to move furniture and had no idea how to use ratchet straps thst I provided for them to make their job easier. We hired two of them and our friend, who is a petite, albeit very physically fit, rock climber did twice as much work as they did. They also had no gloves or any sort of protective equipment (like steel toes). This company needs to train their workers better and make sure that they are prepared for the job. Never hiring them again.

Not fond of management however, the movers themselves were wonderful. Originally told they would drive the moving truck for me but then they said they don't offer that service last minute. No biggy but, do not say you can if you cannot. Boss was not responding because he fell asleep during the middle of the move and we had to wait until he woke up to be able to proceed to my new place and unload even though I had proof of payment for load AND unload. Management tried to charge me an extra hour for no reason meanwhile, I was asking to prioritize the large items. I was going to move the rest of the boxes myself and then we ended up finishing in the alloted time (3hrs) anyways. Finally I was begged to make a review. I'm only doing this because the two people who actually helped me move were quick, efficient and kind. My box spring would not fit up my stairs and they really tried for me!! Lol. Keep up the good work and perhaps, enhance your professionalism on the management end

Professional, polite, and very friendly. Communication was excellent both on the day of the move as well as during the pre-planning stage. Three UBoxes were unloaded very quickly and efficiently, and the items were all handled with a high level of care. Highly recommend!
