Saksham and his team provided excellent services during the move. Our packing was not complete and they helped us in remaining packing which calmed us a lot. They stacked our stuff efficiently in the Uboxes which helped us save money. They have been very friendly and professional throughout the move

The move went well. The two workers were early which was great and very helpful. They were a bit on the slower end. We needed them for an extra hour than we had originally paid for and agreed to pay them via etransfer for the extra hour the same rate that I had paid through uhaul. They ended up asking for an extra $20 for the hour which was annoying and they were a bit confusing but they did a good job so was fine to pay.

MovingSquad was fantastic! They were very communicative and super flexible! They accomodated some issues with the elevator that cropped during the move due to someone else going over their moving timeslot, and they still got everything done in a timely and organized fashion.

This was the worst moving experience. Before the move, the company called twice to ask and offered to bring bubble wrap and necessary equipment. On the day of the move, after multiple unanswered calls, two guys (not movers) came 45 minutes late without any equipment. They said they were a third party company hired by the company I initially hired. One of them had to leave twice to buy surround wrap from U-Haul. First, he bought a small surround wrap and the he just brought plastic bags to wrap furniture and screens. Charged me $70 cash for that. They couldn't fit our boxes and furniture into a 20-foot truck because of poor or no moving experience. My wife and I had to step into the truck and make adjustments ourselves. They damaged walls and front lawn of the house and our furniture. Argued with me because they wanted to leave before finishing the job. Someone from the office kept calling me and the movers non-stop trying to fix the situation as we were carrying boxes.

Was not impressed at all by the Moving Squad. From the minute, they showed up to the minute they left all I heard was complaining, It’s raining we normally don’t work in the rain, Someone didn’t show up so we drove here, that’s going to be a problem etc etc The two biggest issues I had was they dropped an armoire and mentioned there might be a scratch. There was more than a scratch. It was damaged. They neglected to mention, they also damaged my sectional, there were rips along the bottom where clearly it had been dragged on the ground or pod. The other thing was they tried to bully and intimidate me into paying them directly rather through U-Haul. Very disappointed and would not recommend them AT ALL, very unprofessional.
