The two Umoving Ottawa employees were punctual, efficient, respectful and kind. They arrived at the requested time. They were efficient in doing the job we wanted, which was to get the furniture off the truck and into the unit. The movers were great! They were done ahead of schedule, loaded everything carefully, and were nice, and polite. The truck was loaded well. When uhaul unexpectedly changed our reservation with no choice they adapted.
