I hate to leave a bad review because the guys were nice, but honestly, we’re going to have to re-pack most of the UBox. They used the space so inefficiently that we needed to leave a few small items out (that could have easily fit) even though the UBox was only about two thirds full. We had also asked for the mattress to be packed first, vertically, with a placeholder next to it so that we could and add in a second mattress later. However, they shoved the mattress in at the end, placing it horizontally on top of our boxes and even bending it slightly. They kept saying we needed a second UBox, even though I’ve fit more items in a single UBox in the past. Nice guys, but disappointed overall.

Amazing customer service, always keeping in touch. They were very carefull with my furniture. Everything arrived intact. We thought our 3 seater recliner wouldn't fit through our hallway into our LR but his moving experience probed he was the right choice. Thank you so much Alladen

There were delays coming from UHaul but Alladen kept me informed every step of the way. He and his helper were courteous and knowledgeable. Alladen was an excellent teacher training his new assistant. Overall, very happy an satisfied. Would not hesitate to use his services again.
