Nelson and Steve are efficient and strong. We did have a slight disagreement because they wanted to charge me for a full extra hour because I was 30 min late for our appointment, even though the move was paid for 2 hrs and they were done in 90 minutes. In the end, we settled for 30 min overtime. Would hire them again though, since they’re very good at their job and get things done efficiently.
