Driver took 30 minutes to park the ubox. Only one of the two movers helped. The other sat in the uhaul truck smoking a cigarette while my partner had to help with lifting and carrying everything. The mover that did help dragged furniture along the floor even when we asked him to be more careful. Would not recommend.

Had booked another last minute they could not come. These 2 men came short notice. Worked very hard being careful with everything. 30 degrees outside. Still were a positive team. Very impressed. Thank you for coming to our rescue from Scarborough to Tillsonburg. Amazing work ethic.

The company was quite late showing up with my UBoxes. They were quite pleasant and efficient during the unloading process. They could have been slightly more careful though because they did leave some scuffs and scratches on the floors and walls.
