Nicholas Chen, the manager, was excellent and reported on time, and communicated well throughout. Unfortunately, his 2 helpers were an hour late.One had reported in sick that day. This resulted in a 45 minute delay in our departure time and made us late for the unload in Kingston. However, items were packed and secured well and nothing was damaged. Despite the glitch on timing, I would recommend this firm strongly as the quality of the communication, documentation and quality of service was otherwise excellent.
