The crew that came on-site was excelling. The company itself was absolutely bad (sleezy). I booked 34 days before the move. Having heard nothing I emailed them two weeks before the move. Nothing. I called one week before the move. Nothing. Called the day prior to the move. Called me back. Said I should cancel with U-Haul and book direct with them. That way they will save the 35 percent. I said I was not comfortable with that. He said he would then have to charge me for an extra hour because of the location of the move. The location was disclosed at time of booking. I told them I would have to call U-Haul to discuss this. He told me to wait for a call back from the owner. The owner, George, called me back and said it was a misunderstanding. That U-Haul doesn’t understand distanced in Canada. When I threatened to lodge a formal complaint, he apologized and said he will make it work. The crew he sent got here early, which was good, and was courteous, fast and professional
