Before starting the actual move, the worker took the time to inspect my location, which really impressed me. He showed great attention to detail, asking about the contents of each box to ensure they were stacked properly. Most of my previous experiences involved movers just taking everything back and forth without much thought, but this level of care was truly refreshing. This is my second time booking with this company, and I’m definitely planning to use their services again in the future. I’m very impressed with their customer service!

Do NOT use this company. I wish I could share pics because it's hard to believe anyone could pack a truck like this. Pretty much every piece of furniture was damaged but the real hard to believe thing is they laid down all three flat screen tvs, when the carefully wrapped tvs in purchased tv boxes were marked this way up, and then put large items on top of them. We were still hopeful when we found the crushed boxes buried and unpacked each one and they are all 3 ruined. Thousands and thousands of dollars in damages and I can't even get a response from anyone. Do yourself a favour and hire the more expensive movers. It will save you in the end. I feel sick about this whole thing. We also added extra hours and tipped very well.
