These folks were to start working on my job at 2pm and we didn’t pick up truck till after and had to start at 3 so kudos to them for waiting. However, these folks arrived without as much as a trolley so the whole move was done by hand, they purposely moved slow to bump up price. I was shocked when everytime I went downstairs all the things they take would still be outside elevator, I had to closely monitor and go with them every time I could and they would still spend so long deciding where to drop each and every item. When we got to my new place, as I was going down the stairs, the older guy who doesn’t speak English, smacks my butt, I swear to God, I froze and he winked at me all through I was so grossed out. They broke my tv stand and never bothered saying sorry they just dumped the parts in the storage. Overall I wish I just used a moving service that charged a flat fee and I’m just happy it is over.
