The reviews of your company are misleading based on what I experienced. When my order was placed, a representative from your company discussed my move requirements and led me to believe that - 1. They would be providing me their best movers for the job - The movers were inexperienced (although they were quite polite and hardworking). They had no clear strategy to prioritize what should be moved out and how to do it efficiently. Luckily I had two of my friends available to help. 2. They will be able to help with unhinging the door to make moving my furniture out easy - They had no tools or clue about this requirement when they showed up and I couldn't trust them to do take the door off safely. We had to improvise and manage as-is causing slight damage to the door and frame. 3. The movers would be from your company - They had no clue about your company name or the rep whom I had spoken with. 4. Rep will be available to chat - No response when I called. Keep your promises next time.
