The guys were professional & strong, but there was some miscommunication that resulted in items being placed in areas that I did not want them to be. I should have been more clear in my instructions about 'office boxes' & 'other boxes'. Since I walk with a cane, I remained by the truck, while the movers moved up & down the stairs. Unfortunately, boxes (larger than standard, office size) were placed in a hallway that make it very difficult for me to pass by.

Before starting the actual move, the worker took the time to inspect my location, which really impressed me. He showed great attention to detail, asking about the contents of each box to ensure they were stacked properly. Most of my previous experiences involved movers just taking everything back and forth without much thought, but this level of care was truly refreshing. This is my second time booking with this company, and I’m definitely planning to use their services again in the future. I’m very impressed with their customer service!
