We used them twice 2 days in a row. On the Sunday their guys were great. Super nice. Got the job done very quickly and efficiently. No furniture was broken or damaged. The second day(Monday) they took much longer than should have to complete the job. They charged me $123.50hr instead of the same $90hr rate from the previous day without any prior notification. They damaged a few pieces of furniture as well. Not happy at all with the move on the Monday, but the guys on the Sunday were fantastic.
