The company sent two teenagers with no experience resulting in a very slow move, delays. I was asked several times if there were heavy items to which I gave them a list however upon arrival these kids were not prepared nor equipped to move anything heavy. There was also a language barrier resulting in me contacting a friend to help translate. Absolute disaster

There was great communication from MoveRight leading up to and on the moving day! Which helped assure me we were covered. The movers arrived early and got started right away and even ended up staying a bit longer. They worked with us as we hastily packed last minute and even when the service elevator was no longer available. Great attitudes and hard working! Glad we hired them. I wish I had hired them for an additional hour though, I under estimated the amount of stuff I had. Everything was packed well in the truck and nothing moved around or got damaged in the commute.

Our experience with this moving company was extremely disappointing. We scheduled a driver for 430 PM, but he arrived at 530 PM, claiming he was instructed to come at 5 PM. We only had the elevator booked until 530 PM due to other moves in the building, so this delay was very stressful. To make matters worse, the driver showed up without his driver’s license and admitted he lacked experience driving trucks. This led to additional issues, including extra charges from U-Haul for returning the truck late. Overall, the lack of professionalism and the complications caused made this a terrible experience. I would not recommend this company.
