The two helpers arrived late from the beginning, they were about 40mins late. Once they got to loading, it was done well in a timely manner. We ended up getting another hour because we opted for also getting them to unload the truck. While unloading, the movers took off our sofa legs and we've been unable to find them since. We contacted the gentleman who helped with loading and unloading and he plainly said they put the legs in a box... (all the boxes were taped shut...) When asked which box, if they remember, we got ghosted, and we still could not find the legs. We contacted Antonio and his response was that 'things can get lost in moves' and didn't want to take responsibility for his team's negligence. We asked if we purchase another set of legs from Amazon (which would not match our original very sofa) if we'd be reimbursed, and unfortunately he has also ghosted us.
