I feel so bad I didn’t ask for their names because I was too distracted with how great the communication was. Throughout the move, they provided detailed information on what they would be loading, when and how. They continuously ensured they had gotten everything from each room and then from the upstairs as a whole before moving on. They were both personable and friendly. We expected 4-5 hours for our big truck but they had it filled in just over 3 hours! We were able to get on the road early.

The crew was very very slow unless directly supervised. Yelled at my elderly mother. And kept insisting I gave them the payment code before I was satisfied the job was done.

These guys were fantastic! They showed up a little early, but not too much so that it was a burden at all. They were very efficient and have obviously been doing this for a while. Their morale was also great, they were really funny guys and talking while we unloaded the truck was fun and helped the time go by. I'd definitely hire these guys again and recommend them to friends a hundred times over. Don't hesitate on getting these guys, they will care for your stuff AND your time!

These guys were the most professional and amazing movers. They arrived early and unloaded everything and took it up three flights of stairs and had a great attitude while doing it. I would highly recommend this company!

These two gentleman of JJ were perfect. They took care of everything. Plus they loaded from two locations. So easy to work with. I fully recommend them to especially older ladies like myself.
