Jay went out of his way to move some things around in his schedule on a day when he was already pretty booked. That made me feel like he really values his customers and wants to accommodate as best he can. I really thought I was in trouble that day but he came through and helped me move my heavier items quickly and carefully. He was friendly and very communicative. Hired for 2 movers for 4 hours. He showed up alone, assuring me his helper was running late. He assured me he would make it right. Two hours later, and still one mover. He and I discussed compensation since he fell short on his contractual agreement. I kid you not. he told me he would give me his rate for one man, like he was giving me a deal. The rate was $71 an hour for one person, when I had hired 2 for $80 an hour. Some people really struggle with math. Obviously, this was ridiculous. Eventually he told me he would refund me $100. That was the best he could do saying he couldn't do better. He showed me a pending Zelle payment refunding me $100 and asked for the job code halfway through the job. Several times. Stupidly not thinking, I gave it. It's been well over 24hrs and there is no refund, but more importantly I called the number, disconnected July 2nd. Need I say more. YIKES!

Jay & Jayy was great! I initial scheduled someone else but that didn't work out but it was for the better. Jay was very pleasant to work with. The townhouse had tight space on the stairs and these guys were extra careful with the stuff. I'm glad I chose you guys! Keep up the good work!
