The team that arrived did not have any equipment like a furniture dolly or moving straps. They said the previous team did not leave them any equipment. They still did a great job, but it was pure brute strength.

This was the literal worst movers situation I have ever had. Between talking on the phone for a long time at my house. To me ending up moving stuff to truck and unloading to them dragging my antiques, fragile things used to keep elevator door open, dropping my stuff, scratching my floor, being so late that I had to beg the storage to let me stay and close up from the business and pay more, my $2k jacket on the floor which I told them . No packing or protecting tape or wrap was their plan or blankets for my nice furniture. They legit cut the mattress bag on accident and my $3k reinflated while still tied. I have to change my flight tomorrow to go back and fix it so it doesn’t get ruined and just more. I ended up having to pay them $80 cash extra because of the extra 45 mins from all their issues and inefficient ways. We want to emphasize how amazing Nixon and Micah were. They were as fast as lightning and so organized. They were masters of efficiency and skill. From storage unit to U-Haul, they seamlessly filled every inch of the truck. For three hours, they cheerfully maintained focus and were so friendly! Even though it was miserably hot outside! These men's work ethic is outstanding and their customer service is superb. They managed to be kind and smile and establish a real rapport in the midst of moving tons of items from a hot storage unit into a sweltering truck. Even when the truck was fully loaded, they had a bit of time left on the clock. Micah and Nixon found ways to fit in extra items and make it work. They maximized both the space in the truck and the use of their working time. Kudos to Happy Hearts Relocation for recognizing their value. I will absolutely request this team again. I have already recommended them to a friend and I will continue to recommend them. Great job! Thank you!
