Juan and Kane (I hope I spelled that correctly) Texted me eta time. Came in and helped with pleasant helpful demeanor. Got everything loaded super fast. Rolled with every little upset that always happens with a move. Took extreme care of my things (to the point where Juan scrapped his hand on a door frame because he was so focused on NOT scratching my couch) And they had a big focus on MY time. They didn't just stand around and talk about their plans. They got in there and got the job done with time left over. I would 100 percent book these gentlemen again with the certain knowledge that I was going to have great helpful service!!

I wish we had bought the insurance. They dropped a safe on our 3 mth old stand up freezer. It now has a massive gash in the front. Our fridge is dented and scratched to hell. Couldn't get it into the new house. It's now for sale at our front door where it was left. We booked 4 hours for some boxes (already loaded on the truck) and about 25 pieces of furniture. They were so slow that at the 3 hour mark we left HALF our furniture and just told them to go to the new house. They said no problem just book another hour. We have had to make multiple trips ourselves to get the rest of our stuff. Worst experience moving ever.
