We asked for emergency same day service on Labor Day weekend. Despite injured employees and other difficulties they came through. Sasha answered the phone at all hours. The crew did the job on a near 100 degree day with lots of stairs up and down. They exceeded expectations. There was a one day delay before they got to us which was understandable under the circumstances. I would highly recommend this crew.

iHall Moving saved the day! I was dealing with a last-minute move and scheduled a job with a different moving company initially; that company didn't communicate appropriately nor show up on time. So I am scrambling to find an alternative company that still can get the job done, and it's already 2 pm on Sunday! I contacted iHall and explained my situation, and they made commitments to get the job done and get me on my way. The scheduler was fantastic! She was proactive and flexible. The loaders were ok. They dropped a load of boxes off of my hand truck. Luckily it was not anything breakable. It would be better if they had a bit of training and some of their own tools.
