Family-owned business that treats your move like it’s their own! Communication was outstanding! The 3 young men who arrived were so polite and respectful - their mom should be proud!. Derrick was the Tetrus Loader and he was amazing! Thank you all for being so gentle with the grandfather clock and antiques! Please support this wonderful family business - they are the best!

The team did an excellent job and labored in the hot sun to get the UBoxes unloaded and into storage. Can thank the guys enough. Would definitely use BTB again.

The guys where nice enough but two big negatives. First, they destroyed a dresser when one of the movers admittedly took a short cut and all the drawers fell out, ruining them and spreading all kinds of small personal stuff across a bed of mulch. Crap. Then we intentionally got too big of a truck so that we would have plenty of room for miscellaneous awkward to load and personal stuff. The movers did such a poor job of planning-smart loading the truck we barely had any room left. I had a mover move the same amount of stuff in the same size truck and barely filling it more than half way.

This company is the best! Had a shipping issue and was able to move the help time back a couple of days with Heather’s help. When our container showed up, the workers were fast, efficient, and very friendly. What I thought would take closer to 5 hours only took us 3 hours thanks to the workers. Also due to back issues, I was not able to help as much as I like to, and often the workers said for me to relax and not to worry about it. Great team, great company, will be more than happy to refer them and use them again!!! THE BEST!
