Guys showed up ready to work and on time. Did great with some of my heavier possessions. They worked fast and talked fast! My hubby speaks Spanish so no major communication issues.

I was very grateful they were so accommodating to my delays. But when the movers arrived 10 minutes earlier than we agreed upon before I even got there, they texted saying, 'Well, the clock starts now,' which only added stress to an already stressful day. Also, the movers were a bit slow, taking their time. And they didn't handle my boxes with much care, not setting the boxes down gently and putting several of them upside down (even though they were labeled and had arrows), so a few of my bottles leaked through the boxes. Also, they broke a glass lamp that I was very attached to. My friend and I had to HELP them carry items from the truck to my apartment, which was a little annoying. I gave them a $50 cash tip because of how late in the evening it was, but I don't think I'd hire them again because the labor itself was lacking.

Worth every penny. We hired them on short notice; an hour or two most after another company failed to perform and showed up a man short. I would totally recommend this company. They obviously knew what they were doing and were very methodical and efficient in what they did. Great job guys!

The 2 movers from Tu Paquete who helped us with our move were exceptional. Arrived on time. Worked hard throughout. Amazingly strong. Very careful with our belongings. Loaded the trucks very efficiently. And, their rate is very reasonable. Highly recommended. We will definitely be using them again.
