Alex and Kam were awesome! They were very friendly and careful. They were also fast. I wish the company had reached out to confirm the appointment initially and then the day before. I had to call to confirm. However, they were responsive and professional on the phone.

They did a great job for us. It was a full day's work and they had already done an early morning job, but they stayed positive and worked hard. Would hire again.

I literally don't have enough space in this review to detail everything that went wrong, but Cam and Brent were both pretty mediocre movers - they did not seem experienced moving common items like mattresses and boxes and regularly forgot instructions and placed items in the wrong place. We could hear heavy items like desks being dropped and banging into walls as they moved them into the home. If this was the only problem, this would probably be a 3 star review, but Brent's unprofessionalism turned this into a 1 star experience. He talked loudly about topics such as specific details about his body and a recent break-up, took his shirt off while working, and seemed more interested in talking than working. To cap things off, after Cam volunteered to assemble our bed, Brent decided to make the joke 'How many retards does it take to assemble a bed?'. At this point we decided to ask them both to leave even though the work wasn't done yet because we wanted Brent out of our home ASAP.

Absolutely the best help we had moving and will use them again! They got everything done in the time I paid for with great attitudes.
