Pack & Move is awesome! This was my first time using Ubox containers for moving so I was very anxious. But, the manager was very patient with me and communicated clearly with me about the task. They gave me a two-hour window in which the movers would show up and they did! The movers were efficient and loaded my stuff properly onto the containers. Highly recommend!

Loaders were 3 hours later than scheduled. A boss said he had to send replacement team. Also jacked up the price to move piano. Loaders were good; the boss was belligerant when his payment processing did not process payment immediately--and accused us of playing games with him.
