Great communication beforehand to schedule and arrange, and on the day of to meet up. Movers were professional and very helpful. Dedicated to getting the job done even though it went a little past the contracted time. Would use again for sure!

Very nice guys but overall were unprepared for the job - they knew it was up 2 flights of stairs but did not bring hand trucks which slowed the process (I confirmed with Mike beforehand that they would bring their own) and, this is just a fact, they didn’t have the stamina for the job which slowed everything down and ultimately only half the truck got packed in the two hours. For comparison, my whole apartment was moved in two hours by previous movers, and I don’t own twice as many things now (the half of the truck that they did pack was well organized) - I’m writing this because I went with Michael’s Movers as they were the top rated in my area, but my move was unexpectedly and negatively impacted in a major way.

Michaels Movers were absolutely fantastic! They made a stressful day completely stress free through their professionalism, efficiency, and hardworking and dedicated attitudes. They showed up right on time and were ready to work immediately, and they didn't stop working during the entire time they were with us. They moved all of our belongings with care and didn't scratch a wall in our whole apartment. The move was so smooth, all thanks to them. I truly couldn't recommend them more!

They were fantastic! They managed lots of stairs to help me move out of my 4th floor apartment and expertly packed my U-Haul, and did so very quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t have done it without them!
