Taylor and Son's

We are repeat customers of Taylor & Son's, and we are once again pleased and appreciative of this company's work. They went above and beyond the requested work, as I originally asked for help only with large items, but their efficiency allowed more than enough time to handle other odds and ends. When we move from this home in Baltimore, we will surely utilize their services again!

The first crew were smelling of alcohol, were not friendly and ignored my very basic instructions. One of the guys yelled at me for 5 minutes straight into my face after I asked him to be careful with heavy item. I am thankful to the manager for sending the second team, after the first team failed to do the job right. The second team was better, but they still were not trained for the work and failed to follow basic instructions. They ripped the mattress plastic cover, did not want to put it back but removed it completely, despite me asking them to put it back. Then they dragged mattress without plastic cover and ripped the actual $80 dollar mattress cover which I was trying to protect with the plastic. I told them this is not right, and they told me ‘you shouldn’t complain’. They did not take the boxes to designated rooms, they dropped rugs not straight but bent them 90 degrees or stood them up against the wall, scratching the wall. Very sloppy, unprofessional and disrespectful work.

The 2 movers were not only quick but efficient! I’m a type A person with great spatial skills and they exceeded my expectations. I asked if they could leave some space at the end of the truck to add a few personal items and they left about 3 feet. Amazing Tetris skills!

One of my furniture pieces was totally damaged and smashed because of poor packing of the second truck. The first truck was packed correctly. Also, they pumped into the house door and another walls which made scratches on both the house and the furniture.
