Excellent and fast movers who did the job very quickly. This time I was moving out of a house with a steep slope for a driveway through the garage so they had to carry my heavy furniture down a flight of stairs and also that driveway to the U-Box. They were friendly and got the job done seamlessly. I re-used their services for moving into my new place (local move). Would highly recommend!

Thankful for a great pair helping me move my furniture into my new place - there were stairs going up this time and they did a great job placing items where I requested them. Friendly and straightforward folks who did a great job. I used their services for moving out and loading the U-Box and re-used their services for moving into and unloading to my new place.

Movers were confirmed to be scheduled at 1030 AM. I did not hear from anyone the morning of the move regarding a change in schedule or time. After much delay and multiple attempts to contact the company, Roy replied that they had finished the previous job and were on the way. There was another delay and Roy continued to not answer multiple attempts to contact. Movers showed up around 1PM, 2 and a half hours late! They had no idea what was going on. Terrible communication and poor professionalism. Zero stars for the owner and direct supervisor of this crew. However, once the crew arrived, they were pleasant and efficient. I can only rate the actual movers as positive
