AW Moving

I am thoroughly disappointed with the services provided by AW Moving. During my move, the team caused substantial damage to my property, including breaking my bed frame, damaging the drywall, and impacting a door beam. What is most concerning is that the movers failed to inform me of these damages at any point during or after the move. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable from a company that claims to provide professional services. To make matters worse, when I submitted a claim for the damages, it was denied due to the movers’ failure to document or report the issues. This not only demonstrates a lack of responsibility but also indicates a serious deficiency in their internal processes and accountability. I trusted to handle my property with care, and they have not only failed in that regard but also failed in addressing the aftermath of their negligence. As a result, I am left with significant repair costs and no recourse due to their refusal to accept responsibility.

The two men that loaded my truck did a great job and in record time. I had just enough room for my stuff so they even had to play a little tetris but got everything to fit.

I can not rave more strongly the job they did. As professional as can be. Did such a great job of packing the truck that we were able to get the primary storage locker but most of the secondary as well. They are fantastic and recommend then to anyone looking for a professional crew of movers.
