The 2 young men were very professional and kind during the move. Even though one item was so difficult to bring up to the third floor they muscled it up with all the strength they had. Ku dos to Perry's. Their communication was on point. I recommend them 100 percent . And I gave them a nice tip. Y'all don't forget to tip for their services

No one called to confirm my appointment after I made my reservation. I had to call them. The day before they called and acted like they never talked to me. The two guys came in a car with no dolly or anything, they dropped parts of my furniture and left it on the floor. They said that they couldn't put anything else in the uhaul after 25 minutes of being there and accepted my $100 dollar tip which looking back I shouldn't have given them anything because I paid for two hours and they only stayed 25 minutes. After they left I looked inside the truck and half of the truck was still empty. So I ended up having to do the job myself. I should have trusted the bad reviews, this company is horrible. I used a different company to unload the truck and it was like night and day. Everything the second company did was ten times better and more professional. Do no use this company and if you're desperate enough that you need to, make sure they do the job while they are there and before you pay them

Great help from PMS. The two young men were patient and professional. They arrived on time and were ready to go right to work. It was mostly heavy boxes of papers and other nonbreakable items, but they handled them meticulously. From pickup to transport to unloading and placement (up 2 flights of stairs!), it was a breeze. Reasonably priced too! I highly recommend them if you need a few hands to help with your next move!
