I had a move scheduled from Pennsylvania to Miami, Florida. I purchased movers through them along with the truck rental. I will NEVER again use UHAUL for any needs whatsoever. The first movers they scheduled me with told me the day before the move that i would have to pay them cash or i would have to cancel the order and find someone else that will be more expensive because they did not want to have to pay their cut to UHAUL. I called UHAUL and they wiped their hands with it. I was forced to purchase through different movers, MCNAIRS CLEANING & MOVING ENT to be exact. They took apart my sectional sofa and I was there to assist because there is a specific way the sectional pieces needed to be unlatched. I told them to not pull that it will come out easy once unlacthed. They did not listen. They pulled the sectional piece so hard they completely broke off one of the peg on the sectional piece. I contacted them and the company owner said the guys denied they did this. DO NOT BOOK!!!!

Lamont and Eddie arrived a few minutes early and were ready to go. They loaded and unload our truck quickly and were sure to take care of all of our items. We never plan to move again, but if we did, we’d book them in a heartbeat.

I canceled my first move time last minute due to unforeseen issues with our schedule. The company was willing to reschedule the following day. The gentlemen that assisted us on a really stressful move were awesome. My move involved 2 stops and the merging of 2 households so it was a bit more involved. There were no issues with accommodating our needs. They worked diligently to get the job done.
