These guys were fantastic! I am very picky, but these men did not need my supervision- they were on time, courteous, and really knew their trade. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any task. I had a great experience with StressFreeMoves. Tre and Scott were fantastic. They were very friendly and professional. They were careful with my belongings. When they were unloading they even put items in the room where they belonged. I have never had a moving experience before where I didn't have some sort of problem. Everything went flawlessly in this case. I would definitely use this company again.

They were 15 minutes late and showed up in a jeep with their kids (to do a moving job!!) Let's say I was completely taken off guard by the fact that they showed up without a truck but the guy was able to show me on the website where it says they don't have a truck. So frustrating but I decided to try to make it work. We traveled to the closest UHaul location and rented a truck thru mobile pickup. The process took about 30 mins and when we finally got the code for the lockbox, there was no key (WTF) I had to travel to a 2nd location to get a new truck . We were able to get a new truck and we were able to get the job done. We only went over our time by 10 minutes. 10 minutes (and that is because they showed up 15 minutes late and showed up without a truck) These guys sat around for 90 minutes while i got a new truck but because we went over the scheduled time by 10 minutes they tried to muscle me out of an extra $100. These guys were serious and were not leaving unless I gave them $100.
