Moved from VA to PA. Needed unloading labor for a 26ft truck. Jeremiah and his crew arrive precisely on time. He had let me know ahead when they were leaving and approximately what time they would arrive. They assessed the house and the items in the truck. Very quickly they had a game plan. I going mention again and again their professionalism, politeness and willing to complete the job as carefully as possible. They were very thorough in prepping the stair railings and walls at end of sharp turns with blankets. No scuffs or dents or any sort of marks. I have hired many moving labor and these guys stand at the top. Highly highly recommend them. Great team.

Loading of boxes and furniture was well done. Items were handled with appropriate care and arrived safely at destination. Communication prior to, and during, the move was lacking. Movers were difficult to reach before the move. Movers arrived late and attempted to charge extra without communicating about their timekeeping policies, then became argumentative and disrespectful when questioned.

This is our second time using Jeremiah and J&E movers. They were wonderful. The packed up our 26 ft U-Haul without issues and stayed overtime to finish the job. The movers who unloaded the truck even complimented what a nice job J&E did. Highly recommend!

This crew was absolutely amazing. They came to work. What also surprised us is that they came with dolly's and furniture pads and tools! The way they handled our items and packed the truck was wonderful!!!! They worked non stop and with all our steps didn’t complain once! I recommend this moving company to anyone that needs to move. Remember there may be cheaper companies out there but you get what you pay for. They reasonably priced and honestly we were so glad that they were apart of our move. Thanks crew! You did great!!!!!

Great communication from Jeremiah! Had to reschedule the move date and he kept me updated with frequent texts. We hired J&E to help us unload a 16-ft POD into our apartment at Carlisle Barracks as part of our military PCS move. He and his teammate arrived well prepared with dollies, straps, blankets, and wrapping materials. They took great care with our belongings, often re-wrapping them to protect them as they moved them from the POD into our new home. They were friendly and courteous, a great experience all around. They took time to place everything exactly where we wanted it. Prior to the move they went to the DMV on their own time and expense to upgrade their drivers licenses to Real IDs so they were prepared to pass through the security gate to perform our move. Great service from outstanding professionals! Highly recommend for your next move and recommend for military families looking for assistance loading or unloading for your PPM move!

Amazing help! Super great communication from the very beginning, which was highly appreciated. Probably the best loading crew I have had the pleasure of using. They made sure all of my furniture and fragile items were properly covered, wrapped and secured before loading. They werent there to just hurry up and throw everything in the truck as is. They sent me pictures of how the items were loaded and secured in the truck after every row. They were the only company I have seen actually use lifting straps to help them with heavier items instead of just dragging my furniture on the ground like most. Very polite and professional people. I highly recommend and would absolutely use them in the future!!
