DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY!! Confirmed date and time appointment the day prior with Larry. On the day of the move spoke to Larry and he stated his team just finished a job. 1134am they are wrapping up and will be on the way. 3pm came and passed. No call no show. Reached out to Larry. Says he thought they were there already. Do a 3 way call. Driver and Larry state 1 hr and 10 min away. New arrival time. Now past the original 4pm appointment. 6pm came and passed. No call no show. Reached back out to Larry many times and the driver. Driver says he’s stuck in rain and traffic. 1 more he pass. 7pm almost now. Larry gets back on the line. Gps can’t locate his drivers. No one is picking up. Comes back on the phone and says car broke down with the movers. B.S. He’s going to uber someone to the location but it will be another 50 min. When the job is finally over 10pm at night. I talk Larry the boss. I ask for a discount. No exact number. Larry becomes irate and disrespectful. Saying
