Loading helpers were late and did not let us know until we reached out to find out where they were. They did their best to try to make up some time, but it made an already stressful day worse. Other than the lateness and lack of communication, they were friendly, hard-working, and packed the truck up really well.

U-Haul made this move a whole lot harder, but Mod Designs worked with me to fix the problems that U-Haul had created! They were flexible, efficient, and helpful. I think my move would have been an absolute disaster if not for their dedicated service. I can’t recommend enough.
