Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with this company. When the movers arrived, I requested that heavy items go on bottom, but was silenced. ‘Miss, miss, miss, miss, miss! Please, please, please, I know what I’m doing, I’ve done this a thousand times.’ I tried to share more info, including the measurements I had taken, but I was cut off again. ‘Please, please, please, just trust me. Just trust me, I got you. I got you.’ I didn’t know what to say; there was no getting through. Meanwhile my antique mirror was in jeopardy of being destroyed if my wood table shifted from its 10’ perch. They hurried me along, (‘where’s that wardrobe box?’) then quickly finished and left. They packed the back of the moving container floor to ceiling BUT left tons of blank space in the front where things could just fall. If you just want it done quickly, call Ray’s. But if you have valuable things (or just want to have your voice be heard), seek professionals elsewhere.
