Took 5 hours just to load and unload, yet this is now my 3rd move with the same amount of stuff and it took the guy 5 hours. Usually it takes 2 and half hours to move my stuff. Saw the moving guys wasting time waiting for each other, texting on their phones, didn’t use any of the handcarts I rented to speed up the process either. I feel like this company is trying to waste time while you move so they make more money. They decided to break down my bed that could have easily been carried out, they didn’t even ask they just did it. once again to prolong the move so more money is made. On top of that I found a bunch of items that fell when they were moving my stuff into my apartment that they never picked up or even re-traced their steps to make sure they didn’t drop stuff. I WOULD NOT rent this company again. If I could rate 0 starts I WOULD!
