MOVE IT

Leading up to the move Phil was great at communicating with me about what to expect on our big day. The day of a move can be very stressful and overwhelming but Mike and Phil were amazing. They put my family at ease. They arrived on time and got right to work. Really hard working guys!!! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you guys so much!!!! They also handled all our items as if it was their own things!!!

Didn’t receive a call after booking. Had to call a few times to get a hold of them. Once confirmed move was timely. The only issue I had is a dropped night table that chipped. Overall 4 out of 5.

I set up a time with the helper at the loading address and then we were supposed to drive to the new address (just 3 blocks away from the initial address) and unload the stuff. I informed him about the time-sensitive situation because I scheduled a freight elevator at the second address. The helper was 30 minutes late, and didn’t provide any help at the loading address. I had to do the work with 2 friends. I couldn’t wait for the helper because we needed to be at the new address to use the freight elevator. He showed up at the new address and helped a lot with unloading. Overall I was satisfied with his work at the unloading address but disappointed because he didn’t respect the time and didn’t help us at all at the loading address.
