Nice guys but; they arrived late, they dropped our washing machine twice coming off the truck because they didn't have straps and were trying to use a flat dolly instead of a hand truck which ended up damaging, denting and scratching up the side of it, knocking off the setting dial and one mover cut his finger and bled through his gloves which in turn got blood all over the washer, truck bay, my bed and a longue chair and they cracked a 65in TV. During their breaks they smoked weed and got high so that explains a lot. Called u-haul for advice and was placed on call back due to high volume of calls. The owner told the guys not to leave until they got the payment code. I waited over an hour for a call back and just paid the guys so they could leave. The owner made no effort to reduce or reconcile any damages, he just wanted the money. Live and learn you get what you pay for. I cannot recommend this company especially if you have an important move with valuables.
