They moved stuff & packed it well. Some advice for others though, make sure to take everything you can fully apart before they get there. They will help you but if it's not fully organized you'll probably lose some pieces to things. Also make sure you have a plan. I needed them specifically to move my fridge & maybe some other big stuff, but they ended up moving everything else other than the fridge first due to some mix up in communication between me having a plan & my step dad and them talking. Once we finally moved onto the fridge we learned we didn't have have the tool to take the doors off of it so it added a lot more stress. They went the extra mile & tried to help us get the part we needed, but we couldn't find it. We ended up getting the doors off and the fridge moved into the uhaul, but we were out of time then so me & my family ended up moving it all into my storage unit on our own. I only realized recently that we lost pieces of stuff and scratched & dented the fridge.

Jarvis and his partner were extremely helpful and professional. I wasn’t sure if I would need one or two boxes. Initially it seemed as if I would need two but they were helpful enough to unload my boxes and reorganize to accommodate fitting into one box which allowed me to save money. I am so grateful that they helped me out as moving is expensive and they did it in a timely manner. Thank you Jarvis for your help!
