Paul and his team were fantastic. He confirmed the timing multiple times, and then was kind and flexible when I had concerns about weather. They completed my unload, and were so helpful navigating a challenging staircase and tight angles. I would recommend his services.

Paul and Zay from Underrated Movers are fantastic. They are extremely efficient, handled all of my fragile items with care and helped me guide the large UHaul into a tight space. I couldn’t believe how quickly they did everything. Paul called me the day before and put me completely at ease, reassuring me that they could handle all the obstacles I presented, and they did. They made a very stressful day 100 percent stress free for me. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Underrated Moving was absolutely amazing - Paul and Zay were available to answer my questions leading up to the move, called the day before the move to confirm, and also called me the day of to give me their exact time of arrival. I reserved them for 2 hours and did not even need the full time because they were so fast and efficient. Additionally, they were accommodating to my lack of organization, were flexible with helping me move items within the new apartment, and even offered to help me hang things in the future if needed. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely use Underrated Moving again!
