The Best Movers

The guys arrived on time & were friendly & fast, completing my move in less than the 3 hours scheduled. HOWEVER, they should’ve taken the extra time to move my furniture with more care. They scratched up the floors & walls in both my previous & new home. They also scratched up a lot of the paint on the wall along the stairs to the second floor, as well as the bannister & railings. There are also nicks & dents in the wall at the top of the stairs & everything was freshly painted before we moved in. They also broke the right rear foot off my cedar chest & didn’t tell me. I discovered it after they’d left because the chest was so sitting so wobbly. A few days later I found the broken piece laying in the street outside my house. The price was good, but not for the damages incurred due to the lack of care & rushing through the job to get done in time for Sunday football. We also tipped them in cash as this was before I saw all the damage they did.

These guys moved quick but we're not the most gentle with our items. Many of our items have dents, scratches, etc...

Chris and David were great. Helped get the larger items into the truck and made helpful packing suggestions to maximize space use. Knocked the job out in a little over 30 minutes.

2 hours late, handled furniture roughly scraping the paint & wood, carelessly banging furniture on wall. One mover said ‘I hope you got insurance on this stuff, the way this guy moves furniture’. On phones a lot during the move. I moved out a lot of furniture by myself since movers were late. Movers said they would have ubox picked up in the evening, didn’t pickup till next morning but didn’t communicate that to me. Overall poor experience & would not recommend.
