Starting with when I booked I received a call next day and was able to set time and place up no issues at all Less than 24 hours before uhaul had changed a lot on me and I need to change the start time to be able to utilize the gentleman instead of them waiting on me. I contacted them and by the end of the day they got back to me and worked with me on bumping start time by an hour which helped out so much. Day of move the gentleman arrived no later than start time we gave them a breakdown on everything and how we wanted the truck packed and they got to work immediately! I didn’t have all much fragile stuff packed so they worked with me to get all the fragile stuff wrapped up and placed in the truck to it wouldn’t break. They were respectful, kinda and easy to work with and would 100 percent use them again if and when in the area.
