Professional yet very friendly. Our exact timing was hard to pin down as we were driving in from out of state with some antique furniture, but the guys kept in touch with us and were at our house a short time after we were. Furniture was very heavy and needed to be handled carefully, and everything went great. Definitely recommend L&M!

The movers finished unpacking the 3 uhail boxes and I could mot get into my account to get my code. When I called uhaul support I was put on hold for 30 min. The movers had to wait for uhaul to email the code. When the finished, I went into my uhaul account to get the payment code and ot did not recognize my pw. So I tried again and it did not recognize it again. So now with this new email from uhaul I went into my account and it recognize my same pw. This is not helpful for a timely mover or client.
