Kashif, Arron, and Darnell did a fantastic job loading our items into the U-Box container. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work with a clear sense of purpose and coordination. The way they utilized the space within the container was both effective and efficient—every inch was maximized without compromising the safety of our belongings. It was clear that they had experience and a strong work ethic. Their teamwork and attention to detail made a potentially stressful task feel smooth and seamless. Honestly, if I had gone with other local help, I doubt the process would have been this efficient or well-executed. I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Put a 4 inch tear in back of a 2000 leather couch. It was a mistake I guess but their choice to not take it to elevator was beyond me. I honestly should not have tipped based on the quality of service, but did anyway because they tried, but I hope you guys screen your services more strongly because it had negative value.
