I was requested to Venmo money for a COI which seems out of the normal. There was no communication from Uhual about this transfer. So this led to some confusion but it was worked out.

Cindy was so helpful and contacted me once I reserved the service. She arranged everything super fast for my move in. Isaac and the moving team were also amazing! They moved all of my stuff up a 5th floor walk up extremely fast. They were also very kind and considerate of my things. Would highly recommend and hire them again!!!!

Isaac had excellent communication with scheduling the move and keeping me updated on his arrival. He and Israel were very friendly and completed the move seamlessly. I am very appreciative for the service they provided. I had a different mover scheduled and they were a no show so I booked with Mod Designs. Everything worked out very well.
