It was going according to plan until they got a piece of furniture that wouldn't fit in the door way. One of the gentlemen on the team became upset because I asked that we try one more time to get the furniture piece into the apartment (they'd tried but failed earlier while I was away from the drop-off location). The tone with which he spoke to me and the aggressive way he threw the cushions into the truck rubbed me the wrong way. This was well within the time that I had paid for. He wanted it to be known that he'd been doing this for 3 years. If you get upset when the client asks to offer a different perspective and potentially a solution to a problem, you might be in the wrong line of work. I couldn't help but think that he'd had 3 years to develop his interpersonal skills and that what he had to show was disappointing. They are a young bunch and that might have something to do the immaturity and lack of professionalism. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Amazing movers- they got our truck 100 percent packed with no room to spare and everything we wanted fit inside! Did a really fast job too, even with all our stairs. Absolutely would hire again!
