We paid for two hours. They loaded the truck. After loading they said there was not enough time to drive to the unloading location. They left and did not unload for us. We paid for two hours and they left before the two hours were up. We asked for a refund of the time not used and they refused. They told me I underestimated the time. When they called to set up the move they did not tell us we didn’t have enough time scheduled. If they had we would have paid for more hours. On the website they say you can edit the order. The movers took the job knowing where the loading and unloading was and did not suggest a longer time. They left us with no one to unload the truck.

Michael and Sam were a blessing. They texted 30 mins prior and showed up on time. They worked the entire time and loaded the majority of a 26 ft truck in less than 4 hours. I had to ask them to take breaks with the high temps. They were very careful with our items and made sure to use protective equipment. They were very friendly, professional, communicative, hard working and will recommend them anytime possible and we'll request them when we do our final move. If we could give 10 stars, then we would.
