They arrived 2 hours late and the team was made up of 1 mover and his 2 children. One of the children wasn't old enough to lift anything! What should've been a 45 minute move took 2.5 hours, almost making me late for my flight. The move was done sloppily, with a TV stand and fan being broken in the process.
