Our movers were awesome! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They asked us to identify what needed to be moved. They took things out in the most efficient packing order and arranged them securely in the truck. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely use them again. Juan and Chase couldn’t have been more kind, thorough, and efficient during our move. We were moving from Chicago to Philly and got caught in non-moving I-76 traffic for hours, causing us to miss most of our original scheduled 2-hour window. Juan communicated with me during the whole process, provided understanding, and non-pressuring flexibility for him and Chase to meet us at our new home on our schedule. They were available to extend our time and even had a parking space claimed for us in South Philly. Juan and Chase unpacked our entire 15’ truck in under a hour, showing care to our belongings (and cats), and respectfully asked where each should go to our preference. I can’t recommend U Call We Haul enough and would absolute use them for another move, without a second thought. Thank you to Juan, Chase, and Bryant for having our backs and getting us into our new home last week!
